Job Summary
Responsible for supporting Telecom infrastructure and associated technologies, including the Global Contact Center ACD, audio/video conferencing, and call recording systems.
Ensure operational status of video conferencing endpoints, provide support for CTI and reporting environments, and handle telephony adjuncts and emerging technologies.
Respond to user trouble tickets within service levels, actively participate in Cloud Contact Center Disaster Recovery plans, and support IP phones and softphones.
