  • Responsible for supporting Telecom infrastructure and associated technologies, including the Global Contact Center ACD, audio/video conferencing, and call recording systems.
  • Ensure operational status of video conferencing endpoints, provide support for CTI and reporting environments, and handle telephony adjuncts and emerging technologies.
  • Respond to user trouble tickets within service levels, actively participate in Cloud Contact Center Disaster Recovery plans, and support IP phones and softphones.
