Base: Starting hourly pay rate of $18.35; Bonus/Equity: 7% night shift premium; Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k match, PTO, paid holidays

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Assembly processes with hand and power tools
  • Print reading and quality checks
  • Use of hoists and electric pallet jacks
  • Adherence to contamination control guidelines
  • Data entry using MES and other computer systems
  • Cross training in multiple assembly and disassembly roles

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of engines and components
  • Prior use of hoists
  • Basic assembly or engine mechanic experience
  • Self-motivated and attention to detail
  • Work in fast-paced safety focused environment
  • Ability to work without close supervision

Key Requirements

  • 1 year manufacturing or assembly experience
  • Basic computer skills for reading documents and data entry
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret documents
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 30 lbs multiple times per shift
  • Ability to stand for 10+ hours per shift
  • Completion of pre-employment background and drug screening
