Candidates must possess a Secondary School Diploma and be a licensed Millwright certified to work in Ontario with at least five years of manufacturing experience.

Wood processing equipment troubleshooting
Preventative and predictive maintenance execution
Blueprint and OEM manual interpretation
Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocol knowledge
Nice-to-have
Intermediate to advanced CNC servo systems
Experience training apprentices and juniors
Computerized Maintenance Management System usage
Continuous improvement process participation
High-speed machine hands-on experience
Key Requirements
