  • Responsible for executing daily maintenance, upkeep, and improvement projects for various building facilities to ensure normal operation of building services and handling engineering-related customer complaints.
  • Responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining various electromechanical facilities within the building, ensuring they are in good working order and conducting regular tests to prevent failures.
  • Responsible for supervising external maintenance or engineering contractors' performance, ensuring smooth execution of maintenance or improvement projects according to contract requirements and standards.
