Job Summary
The service engineer's main responsibility is customer facing, field service and application support, focusing on timely repair and installation to ensure minimum instrument downtime and foster work efficiency.
Perform preventive maintenance or service repairs, inspect, test, and repair Roche diagnostic instruments, and provide remote and on-site support related to Roche diagnostic products.
Collaborate within Professional Service and across departments to provide a consolidated solution to customers, increase customer satisfaction, and conduct business in full compliance with company policies.

Key Requirements
Diploma in Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
2 years related experience
Clinical laboratory experience advantageous
Quality management experience advantageous
Experience with Roche instruments advantageous
Effective Communication & Customer care handling skills
Good interpersonal skills & ability to work independently and as team player
