Job Summary
Lead and enable a team of associates to deliver the best possible customer experience in the store, including coaching, training, delegating, and managing performance.
Responsible for customer-facing activities such as greeting customers, clarifying needs, identifying solutions, and closing sales, as well as non-customer-facing activities like down stocking and inventory management.
Individuals in this role may occasionally open or close the store or serve as manager-on-duty (MOD), requiring broad product knowledge and the ability to engage associates and customers across departments.
