Job Summary
As part of the Site Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for delivering asset availability and reliability in order to maintain safety, quality and production across the Worcester Site.
The role offers a 3-week rotating shift pattern with a pay rate of £20.04 per hour plus a 15% shift allowance and includes benefits such as 25 days annual leave, pension contributions, private medical insurance, and more.
You will work closely with the production team to diagnose problems, execute preventative maintenance, and suggest improvements while adhering to company policies and safety standards.
