Job Summary

  • Develops country business plan & sales strategy to achieve sales target and has the overall responsibility of the sales target.
  • Continuously develops the quality of CRM reports & assures CRM report from all relevant customer interactions with sales team.
  • Leads, directs, evaluates and develops a team to ensure that the business strategy and activities are implemented effectively and consistently.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Technologies, Pharmacy, Chemistry engineering or any related field

  • Good understanding with Salesforce CRM software
  • Ability to travel to visit customer as needed
  • Proficiency in English is essential
  • Fluent in any SEA language is an added advantage
  • Certification or training in sales, account management or customer relationship management is a plus
