Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years manufacturing experience
Mechanical or Production Engineering degree
Production management in team-based environment
Capacity planning and NPI launch oversight
Safety, Quality, Service, Cost KPI management
Nice-to-have
Medical device background preferred
Unionized environment experience advantageous
Strong talent development and mentoring skills
Global alignment and strategic view
Experience with FDA and notified body audits
Key Requirements
At least 5 years manufacturing experience
Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering
Experience in production management level
Knowledge of inventory systems, MRP, and measurement tools
