This role oversees technical and mechanical work to ensure the community meets high standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
The incumbent is responsible for managing the 'make-ready' process, including pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, and coordinating vendors for vacant apartments.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
EPA Type I and II or Universal certification
Valid driver's license for golf cart operation
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
