Job Summary

• The Warehouse & Logistics Co-Op will apply technical skills to the CAR-T warehouse by leveraging their proficiency in project management, data analytics, Lean Six Sigma, and process optimization to both lead and support projects and strategic corporate initiatives.
• This role aids in determining the most efficient ways to utilize people, machines, materials, information, etc. to provide process improvements in the current and future CAR-T warehouse environments.
• Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan.

• Currently pursuing a focused degree in Supply Chain or analytical field
• At minimum Junior standing at an accredited university
• Experience using data access tools
• Knowledge of statistics
