  • Support the end-to-end decommissioning of mobile devices and service plans, including data validation, releasing lines from carrier accounts, and communicating release instructions to employees.
  • Ensure secure handling of devices, including confirmation of data wipes and removal from MDM systems, while tracking outstanding devices and supporting process documentation.
