Job Summary
This position supports the State Opioid Treatment Authority (SOTA) and serves as the primary liaison between ODMHSAS and Opioid Treatment Programs (OTPs) across Oklahoma.
The incumbent will lead coordination of technical assistance, training, and quality improvement efforts to strengthen the methadone and MOUD treatment system.
Additionally, the position will collaborate across systems—including courts, child welfare, and other state and community partners—to improve awareness, reduce barriers to treatment, and support alignment with best practices related to MOUD.

Key Requirements
