Key Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in a senior Functional Business Analyst role
  • Demonstrated experience in Private Health Insurance (PHI)
  • Strong hands on experience across the full systems development lifecycle
  • Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery environments
  • Solid understanding of system design principles, integration patterns, APIs, and database concepts
  • Excellent documentation, critical thinking, and communication skills
