Base: $188,000 - $282,000 CAD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available

Must-have
10+ years applied machine learning experience
4+ years PyTorch or TensorFlow experience
6+ years hosting ML models in production
3+ years Large Language Models experience
6+ years cloud computing platforms AWS GCP
Nice-to-have
Experience with graph neural network models
Deep understanding of statistical analysis
Proven track record leading ML teams
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to solve ambiguous open-ended problems
