Support the resource management team with managing supply and demand across the Dentsu Creative Service Line.
Partner with Resource Specialist/Manager to understand brief of project, submit job requests in our CRER system for perm or non-perm and track status with recruiting team.
Proactively engages with resources, gains meaningful understanding of their skills, experience and aspirations, and identifies the right opportunities for them.
