Monitors colleague's work and performs evaluations to coach them on expectations, reward performance, and identify and coach poor performance levels.
Ensures that all required colleague records, evaluations, and related documentation are filed in a timely, consistent, and accurate manner.

Three to five years warehouse related experience
Completion of a supervisory training program
Certification on material handling equipment
