Job Summary
As a Sr Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will use your skills to support the Operations team by operating, inspecting, and maintaining all HVAC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities to obtain the most efficient operating results.
You will ensure that equipment is being maintained in an energy efficient, safe manner, and down time is reduced by completing preventative maintenance and anticipating and executing necessary repairs in advance of failure.

Key Requirements
4 years of technical experience in building engineering
Experience leading and developing maintenance technicians
Valid state driver’s license
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient using computers & software programs
