Job Summary

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, expectations and financial goals to develop and propose appropriate investment banking solutions for clients and their companies.
  • Contribute or set strategy, drive requirements and make recommendations for change, plan resources, budgets, and policies; manage and maintain policies/ processes; deliver continuous improvements and escalate breaches of policies/procedures.
  • Take a lead role in working with team members on research and analysis of Consumer Retail Group sector/companies, company valuations, finance modelling, marketing materials and transaction documentation.
