  • Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end offboarding for resignations, terminations and retirements, processing high volume of monthly exits, and computing all dues owed.
  • The role requires strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, gratuity rules, leave encashment, and experience handling high volume exits and complex final settlement calculations.
