Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
Certified Social Worker (CSW) or Registered Social Worker (RSW)
Proficiency with Windows-style applications
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Nice-to-have
Two years experience in a medical setting
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
Strong interpersonal skills with multidisciplinary teams

Key Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work from CSWE accredited university
Certified Social Worker (CSW) or Registered Social Worker (RSW) certificate
Must pass LMSW exam within 6 months if not already licensed
No prior work experience required; 2 years preferred
