Job Summary
The Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily supervision and operational effectiveness of bars and other related beverage outlets within the property.
Assists with the hiring, training, development, and supervision of beverage staff, and plans and organizes workloads and staff assignments.
Ensures guest satisfaction through constant interactions with guests and team members throughout the facility and maintains compliance with applicable health, safety, food handling, and hygiene codes.
