  • The DOR is responsible for implementing new programs to meet the clinical and operational needs of the facility and its residents, holding administrative authority and accountability for rehabilitative services.
  • This role requires direct supervision of licensed, registered, certified therapists, assistants, aides and students, along with daily scheduling, direct patient care, and ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards.

  • CPR certification, if required by licensure
  • Proficient in computer skills for Net Health and Point Click Care
