Key Requirements
Minimum 6 years of retail experience
proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
manage end-to-end projects
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Strong operational, analytical, and retail acumen
Experience developing and managing vendors
Cross-cultural fluency and inclusive leadership
Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Japanese
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
