Key Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of retail experience
  • proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • manage end-to-end projects
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Strong operational, analytical, and retail acumen
  • Experience developing and managing vendors
  • Cross-cultural fluency and inclusive leadership
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Japanese
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
