Job Summary

  • Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Establishes Maintenance Department technical proficiency in Integer’s manufacturing processes and equipment in order to provide competent technical support and training to Maintenance and Production personnel.
  • Measures equipment Operational Availability, Mean Time between Failure and Mean Time to Repair at asset level. Using this information, prioritize and assign project work to identify and eliminate root causes to continually improve these key performance indicators.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering or technical field preferred
  • Eight or more years maintenance experience in manufacturing
  • Five or more years supervisory experience
  • Three or more years in regulated industries (medical device, aerospace/defense, food production)
  • Three or more years leading teams with CMMS
