This role ensures efficient packing execution while maintaining alignment with demand, inventory targets, safety standards, and supply chain commitments.
Candidates must possess an unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica and be willing to work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at the AFZ Heredia office.

Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field
4+ years experience in production planning

Strong Excel based planning tools skills
Ability to manage complex packaging schedules
Nice-to-have
Experience in chemical manufacturing environment
Familiarity with hazardous materials packaging
Power BI and automation tool experience
APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM/CSCP)
Knowledge of line changeover optimization
