This role focuses on identifying, documenting, and analyzing Penn State's research contributions to map immediate and long-term impact across the full arc of research.
The position supports the development of a university-wide impact database and reporting platform to enable stronger storytelling and improved ROI communication.
Candidates will engage with faculty, institutes, and administrative units to gather and validate information while assisting with mapping efforts in priority areas.

Key Requirements
High School diploma enrolled in college Business Major or Bachelor's degree
1–2 years of experience in research, data analysis, or business intelligence
Part-time availability approximately 20 hours per week
