Parsons is seeking a Vice President, West Regional Manager to lead a major program and construction management team focused on a significant infrastructure project related to U.S. border security. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in federal construction management, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in program management

Job Summary

  • Responsible for directing multiple subordinate Sector Construction Management Offices, each consisting of 50 to 75 staff, and managing all internal project phases for successful execution.
  • Develops and implements solutions to technical and contractual challenges, manages and tracks field and construction progress KPIs, and provides upward reporting to the National Program Management Office.
