Key Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in internal audit or risk management
  • Relevant professional designation (CIA, CPA, CISA, or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated track record building or leading internal audit functions
  • Strong knowledge of ITGC, SOC 1/2, and SOX readiness
  • Experience with AML/ATF regulatory compliance (FINTRAC, PCMLTFA)
  • Experience reporting to audit committees or boards
  • Bilingual in French and English
