Job Summary

• This role requires that qualified candidates must reside in one of the following states: East Region States, Central Region States, or West Region States.
• Days are spent interacting with people over the phone to help them with questions they have about their healthcare benefits, 401k savings and retirement plans, leaves of absences and payroll.
• As a temporary employee, you will be eligible for Medical, dental, and vision insurance (100% employee paid), Alight 401(k) Plan with company match, and Wellness Time.

Base: 35,360.00 USD; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 100% employee paid, after tax; Alight 401(k) Plan – with company match after six months of service; Wellness Time – 1 hour for every 30 hours worked; Other Programs including the Employee Assistance Program and meQuillibrium

• Associate’s degree and 2 years or customer service experience
