Greystar Worldwide LLC is seeking temporary summer help to assist in coordinating marketing, leasing, and resident satisfaction strategies within their properties. The ideal candidate will perform sales and leasing activities, ensure apartments are ready for new residents, and engage in various marketing efforts to maintain occupancy rates

Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.
  • The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 and the role may be eligible for bonus programs and benefits such as an Employee Assistance Program and paid sick time.
  • Incumbents must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds independently, and working inside and outside in all weather conditions.
