Job Summary

  • This position will be responsible for customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction is the primary goal, and the BMET must demonstrate ownership in difficult circumstances.
