Job Summary
As part of Santander’s journey to become an AI-First bank, we are looking for an AI Program Manager – AI for Agents to help scale and industrialize AI-powered products that support and empower Santander employees globally.
You will play a key role in coordinating the end-to-end delivery of AI-based products — particularly conversational and agent-based solutions — designed to improve productivity, decision-making, and employee experience across the Group.
This role sits at the intersection of product, technology, and business, ensuring that AI initiatives move from concept to scalable, secure, and value-generating products adopted across countries.
