Job Summary

  • As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will support the Personal Banking and Imperial Service team by translating business needs into integrated Human Resource solutions to fully leverage people management, employee capability and organizational development.
  • You’ll use your human resources experience to provide value added advice and counsel in all areas of Human Resources including: performance management, rewards and recognition, recruitment and retention, talent management, succession planning, employee relations and diversity.
  • You can demonstrate 5+ years' experience in an HR Generalist or consulting role and have a solid understanding HR concepts, policies, practices and governance/legislation.
