Working closely with the Hard Services Manager, you will help supervise technical staff and external contractors, providing guidance on maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
Ensuring compliance with Japanese building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards is essential.

Key Requirements

Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese
