BeOne Medicines is seeking an Associate Director of Compliance to oversee compliance programs across North America with a focus on risk management and regulatory adherence. Job Summary

  • This role will report to the Head of Compliance, North America and New Markets, supporting BeOne Medicines' Compliance program across North America, including both U.S. and Canadian operations.
  • Essential Job Functions include Compliance Business Partnership, HCP Engagement Oversight, Cross-Functional Collaboration & Risk Mitigation, Compliance Committee & Governance Support, Compliance Champion Program Leadership, Regulatory & Industry Standards Expertise, Policy & Procedure Management, Training & Continuous Compliance Education, Monitoring and Auditing, and Data-Driven Compliance Insights & Continuous Improvement.
  • BeOne is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices, with a salary range of $161,000.00 - $211,000.00 annually, eligibility for annual bonus plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.
