Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3D Finite Element Analysis (FEA) expertise
  • 10+ years electronic package modeling experience
  • ANSYS Abaqus or NX CAE simulation tools
  • Flip-chip and 2.5D/3D IC packaging knowledge
  • Root cause analysis of device failures

Nice-to-have

  • Scripting automation with Python or MATLAB
  • Knowledge of JEDEC MIL IPC standards
  • Experience with compound semiconductor fabrication
  • Strong cross-disciplinary collaboration skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 14 years experience or equivalent
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain Secret Clearance prior to start
  • Minimum 10 years experience with electronic circuit schematics
  • Master's degree plus 12 years experience option
  • Ph.D. plus 10 years experience option
