Design and implement scalable solutions across Salesforce Core and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), developing OmniStudio components and custom functionality using Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Visualforce.
Configure and optimize Vlocity CPQ including Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), product modeling, pricing rules, promotions, and guided selling, and implement Vlocity Order Management including order capture, decomposition, orchestration, and fulfillment lifecycle.
Implement AI-enabled automation and intelligent process enhancements where applicable, and optimize Salesforce and OmniStudio solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
