  • Candidates must be willing to travel annually to Salt Lake City and Lisbon while accommodating those time zones for weekly collaboration.

  • Proficiency with Highspot, Gong, Salesforce, and LMS tools
  • Data-driven approach to measuring adoption and impact

  • Experience in digital advertising or SaaS marketplace businesses
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted selling and sales automation
  • Background supporting third-party or distributed vendor teams
  • Experience partnering directly with sales managers on coaching
  • Track record of building enablement across multiple regions

Key Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in GTM Enablement or Sales Strategy
  • Required office presence 1-2 times per month in San Francisco
  • Annual travel required to Salt Lake City and Lisbon offices
