The role involves managing syndicated loan transactions, providing loan closing support, and ensuring compliance with policies while delivering exceptional customer service. **

Job Summary

  • Manage highly syndicated loan transactions within LoanIQ and ClearPar, including set up of the deal at closing, managing and executing the primary syndication settlement, maintaining ongoing lender positions, and booking of refinancings or other corporate actions.
  • Provides loan closing and portfolio monitoring support in a professional and timely manner, facilitating the loan closing process, commitment management and the booking and accounting of the loan portfolio ensuring all required policies, guidelines and standards are met.
  • Develops knowledge around a customer’s business, industry, and market in effort to better service their needs and collaborates in identifying, recommending and implementing workflow improvements to deliver a more efficient operation.
