Job Summary

  • This role utilises the Caterpillar Production System (Lean Manufacturing) Principles to deliver People, Quality, Velocity and Cost improvements.
  • The apprenticeship includes rotations through Engine Assembly, Quality Department, Test, and Engine Finishing departments to provide an excellent foundation.
  • Upon successful completion, you will be a qualified Engineering Technician with opportunities for long-term progression within the world-class team.
