This rewarding opportunity will see you join the St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba (SVPHT) as our Clinical Nurse Consultant to undertake the role of Procedural Admissions Co-ordinator.
The Procedural Admissions Co-ordinator will ensure patients are optimised pre-operatively, appropriately screened for eligibility, and seamlessly transitioned through theatre, recovery, inpatient (where required), and home-based care pathways.
St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba is the largest acute private hospital on the Darling Downs.

Salary

Key Requirements
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 5 years' post-registration experience
Experience in Perioperative nursing
Experience in Orthopaedics
Experience in Surgical short stay models
Experience in Hospital in the Home (HITH) or Rehabilitation in the Home (RITH)
Postgraduate qualifications in Perioperative Nursing, Orthopaedics, or relevant specialty
