Job Summary
The Member Services Manager is responsible for training, delegating, and reviewing the work of all levels of MSRs while overseeing Cash Management to ensure adherence to Branch Operations Risk parameters.
This role requires a deep knowledge of Financial Advisory Services to effectively refer members to specialists for real estate lending, insurance, investments, and estate planning.
Candidates must demonstrate an excellent balancing record with no gross balancing violations or exceptions in the preceding 6 months.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5 years of SECU or related experience
Excellent balancing record with no violations
Proficiency in all MSR responsibilities
Completed required quarterly training courses
Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict
Nice-to-have
Bachelor's degree preferred
CCUE Certification preferred
Associate degree via NC-CTP program
Positive attitude toward members
Community engagement participation
Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum 5 years of SECU or directly related experience
Completion of Credit Unions Core Module Program within 12 months
No gross balancing violations in preceding 6 months
