Job Summary

  • The Member Services Manager is responsible for training, delegating, and reviewing the work of all levels of MSRs while overseeing Cash Management to ensure adherence to Branch Operations Risk parameters.
  • This role requires a deep knowledge of Financial Advisory Services to effectively refer members to specialists for real estate lending, insurance, investments, and estate planning.
  • Candidates must demonstrate an excellent balancing record with no gross balancing violations or exceptions in the preceding 6 months.

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of SECU or directly related experience
  • Completion of Credit Unions Core Module Program within 12 months
  • No gross balancing violations in preceding 6 months
  • Notary Public services capability
