Base: $195,000 - 215,000; Bonus/Equity: Bonus included; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k match, paid time off

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics or related field
8-10+ years acquisitions or related experience
Proven leadership in capital-intensive transactions
Experience with site/land evaluation and acquisition lifecycle
Travel up to 10%
Advanced degree (MBA, MS-Finance) preferred but not required
