Job Summary

  • You will play a key role in supporting the development of the Rolls-Royce SMR Power Station and the successful completion of the Generic Design Assessment (GDA) and other licensing and permitting processes.
  • Key responsibilities include developing Internal Hazards submissions for the E3S Case and other projects, supporting engineering disciplines, and assessing candidate sites.

Key Requirements

  • Degree level or equivalent in Engineering, Maths, Physics or equivalent or significant relevant industry experience
  • Experience of the UK civil nuclear regulatory regime
  • Experience in the design of a Nuclear Power Plant
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
