  • The SPA team provides value to their clients throughout the entire deal process, from the beginning (advice on the Purchase Price of the transaction and the financial matters of the SPA) to finalisation and beyond (post-closing review of the Purchase Price).
  • We offer end-to-end deal assistance, helping clients manage pricing and completion risks and opportunities from pre-deal to post-completion.
