Must-have
7+ years auditing experience
2+ years leading audits as auditor-in-charge
1+ year people management experience
Bachelor's degree or military experience
Knowledge of FFIEC OCC FRB guidance
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in Auditing or Finance
CIA CPA or CISA certification
5+ years banking industry experience
Data analysis for internal auditing
Passion for coaching and team development
