BIM standards development and enforcement
BIM workflows coordination across disciplines
Central BIM model management and version control
BIM model reviews and coordination issue resolution
Preparation and delivery of BIM deliverables
Nice-to-have
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Resourceful and able to work independently
Experience with Navisworks Manage
Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM360
Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
At least 4 years working experience in design or construction engineering or IDD project management
Certificate in Building Information Modelling (BIM), BIM Management or DDM tier3 is an advantage
