This role supports the AMRAAM Extended Range missile program by providing in-depth knowledge of Quality Management System requirements to aid Transition to Production efforts.
The successful candidate will interface with government stakeholders including DCMA and oversee quality efforts to ensure development products meet customer and Raytheon requirements.

Salary
Base: $86,800 - $165,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, parental leave, and paid time off

Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Five years aerospace or defense experience
Root Cause Corrective Action RCCA expertise
ISO 9001 and AS9100 Quality Management Systems
Configuration Change Board CCB and MRB experience
Nice-to-have
Advanced Product Quality Planning APQP experience
Six Sigma Lean or ASQ Certification
Statistical evaluation tools proficiency
AMRAAM hardware and supplier knowledge
Cross-functional meeting facilitation skills
Key Requirements
U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
Active DoD Secret security clearance required
Minimum five years engineering experience in defense/aerospace
Bachelor's degree typically required
Ability to maintain U.S. government issued security clearance
