The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
Employees must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws and possess the ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals and technical procedures.
The role requires frequent lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds while maintaining a calm environment and ensuring all personal care needs are met.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs

Report changes in resident condition immediately
